At Luxe Import, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery under specific conditions mentioned below.


Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product (wrong size, style, or color)
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product received is not authentic

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared while raising the request

How to Initiate a Return

If you face any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our support channels.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will share the return instructions. Please note that products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Replacement Policy

After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect the item to verify the issue reported.

If the return is approved:

  • A replacement product will be processed and dispatched within 10โ€“12 business days
  • Customers will be informed through email or phone regarding the replacement status

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
  • Slight variations in color or packaging due to photography and screen settings may not qualify as defects.
  • Luxe Import reserves the right to reject return or replacement requests if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
