Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse within standard processing timelines.
  • Domestic deliveries across India are typically completed within 7–15 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier network.

International Shipping

We also process international orders wherever applicable. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, country regulations, and courier operations. While we aim to deliver within estimated timelines, international delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the shipment status on the courier partner’s website.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are required to provide:

  • Accurate shipping address
  • Correct contact number
  • Valid email address

Luxe Import shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are generally made on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Our warehouse operations function during standard business hours and may remain closed during national holidays or unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will generally attempt delivery up to 2 times.

If the package is not accepted or received after multiple attempts:

  • The shipment may be returned to us
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch

For assistance in such cases, please contact our support team.


Delayed Shipments

While we work closely with courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • High seasonal order volumes

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier company, delivery timelines are managed by the logistics partner. Luxe Import will assist in tracking and support but cannot be held liable for courier-related delays beyond our control.


Damaged Shipment

If you receive a package that appears damaged during transit:

  • Please record clear photos/videos immediately upon receiving the package
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

Our team will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.


International Customs & Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges vary from country to country and are determined by local customs authorities.
  • Luxe Import has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.
